The exact coupling frequencies are being derived experimentally by allowing the substance of water to divulge its own susceptibilities using logical and intuitive experimentation of previously derived first, second, third, and fourth harmonics of the tetrahedral structural essences (visualization) of water's Van Der Waals probable (likely) geometries. It is the high voltage ELECTROSTATIC FIELD pulsing MOLECULARLY at atomically dictated frequencies that sets up the conditions to shatter the covalent bonds using a series of dc stepped pulse trains with a small relaxation interval for the atomically choregraphed rotation and polarization attributes of these pre-destructed water molecules.

The complex waveform pulse should contain all of the frequencies that address all four resonance centers; the vertices of the van der waals implied geometry inclusive of thermal considerations.

Water molecules in liquid water are attracted to each other through electrostatic forces, and these forces have been named as van der Waals forces aka van der Waals bonds. Even though the water molecule as a whole is electrically neutral, the distribution of charge in the molecule is not symmetrical and leads to a dipole moment - a microscopic separation of the positive and negative charge centers. This leads to a net attraction between such polar molecules which finds expression in the cohesion of water molecules and contributes to viscosity and surface tension. Perhaps it is fair to say that van der Waals forces are what holds water in the liquid state until thermal agitation becomes violent enough to break those van der Waal bonds at 100°C.

The pulse packets are stepping giving energy to the water molecules in such a way as to place the electrons further from the nucleus until they break free from their covalence bond captivity.... called the molecular state and are released back into the atomic hydrogen HH state.

Adjust the voltage peak level to reach a maximum hydrogen/oxygen
producing with a minimum of current using. If you earlier make
hydrogen with the electrolysis method with a lot of current,
this experiment will really surprise you.
